THESE OFFICIAL RULES SET OUT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL FACEBOOK GIVEAWAYS THAT BOBCAT COMPANY CONDUCTS. Agreement to Rules: Any person who enters a Facebook Giveaway (an “Entrant”) agree, by participating, to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and the Entrant represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. If an Entrant fails to abide by these Official Rules and/or is determined to be ineligible, their entry into the Giveaway will be voided. In addition, each Entrant agrees to accept the decisions of Bobcat Company as final and binding as it relates to the conduct of the Giveaway. In the case where a Facebook post announcing a specific Giveaway includes information about that Giveaway that is inconsistent with these Official Rules, the included information on the Facebook post will supersede that portion of these Official Rules that is inconsistent with the included information.

3. Giveaway Period: Facebook posts announcing a Facebook Giveaway will announce the amount of time that Bobcat Company will accept entries for the Giveaway (the “Deadline for Entry”). In the event that such a Facebook post does not announce a Deadline for Entry, the Deadline for Entry shall be 24 hours from the time stamp of the Facebook post announcing the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter: A Facebook account is required to enter the Giveaway. A Facebook account is free of charge and can be obtained at https://www.facebook.com. The Entrant must complete their Entry into a Facebook Giveaway by commenting on a specific post on Bobcat Company’s Facebook page. The Entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, including providing all of the information requested in the post announcing the Giveaway and in the requirements in these Official Rules, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Bobcat Company.

Each Entrant may enter only once per Facebook Giveaway and must provide the information requested in the Facebook post announcing the Giveaway. Entrants may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Any Entrant that uses fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, may have their Entry voided and may be banned from entering all future Bobcat sponsored Giveaways and Contests at the sole discretion of Bobcat Company.

The Giveaway will begin on June 25, 1:30 p.m. CDT, and will end on June 26, 1:30pm CDT.  Winners will be posted at in the comments of the post.

5. Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Facebook Giveaway (the “Winner(s)”) will receive a prize identified in the Facebook Post announcing the Giveaway. Estimated Value of actual merchandise varies from Giveaway to Giveaway. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Bobcat Company’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Bobcat Company to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of prizes to be awarded as identified in the Facebook Post announcing the Giveaway.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner(s) will be selected at random under the supervision of Bobcat Company. Winner(s) will be notified by direct message within twenty-four (24) hours following the selection. Bobcat Company shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to security settings on the Winner’s Facebook account.

If any Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 24 hours from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate may be Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER MAY RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY AT BOBCAT COMPANY’S SOLE DISCRETION, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
