Reliable Compaction Power
Powered by a durable Honda gas engine, the R68P rammer delivers a centrifugal force of 2,923 lbf. (13,000 N) for a maximum compaction performance of nearly 20 inches, depending on ground conditions.
Best-in-Class Balance
Bobcat rammers deliver best-in-class balance that directs the machines’ compaction power to the targeted surface area. The forward design and optimum machine balance make direction changes easy while maintaining consistent, vertical-path ground strikes for precise compaction. Bobcat rammers strike surface material squarely where operators want them to hit. The result is greater hitting force with less effort.
Highly Maneuverable
Well-balanced Bobcat rammers are highly maneuverable, providing operators with the performance to confidently tackle compaction work with precision, even in tight-fitting spaces.
Comfort
2
Optimal Control and Comfort
Operator comfort and ease of use are built into every Bobcat rammer. Isolators connected to the operator’s handle absorb vibration and minimize operator fatigue. The handle is adjustable for tailored comfort and is designed to provide a direct line of sight to the foot of the rammer, allowing operators to work with precision, even in tight-fitting spaces.
Easy Transport
Quickly attach the optional transport wheels and move your rammer around the jobsite with ease. The transport wheels can be easily attached or removed without the use of any tools.
Bobcat rammers feature a convenient handle to make loading and unloading easier. The rammers also feature a roller wheel that makes it easy for one person to load and unload onto trailers and truck beds. A built-in fuel stop prevents engine flooding when loading and unloading.
Uptime Protection
5
Built to Last
All key components are protected by a durable casing. High-quality components and protective covers keep these rammers performing day after day.
Double Air Filtration System
The double air filtration system, with the optional cyclone pre-filter, extends the life of the engine. The optional visual indicator tells the operator when the air filters need to be replaced.
Protected Isolators
Bobcat rammers feature a handle stop that protects the isolators from damage during loading and unloading. Operators experience less fatigue, with the isolators absorbing the brunt of the vibration.
Minimum Service, Maximum Uptime
Maintenance is quick and service points can be easily accessed. Fluid indicators are in clear view and service points require no tools for access.
The horizontal placement of the air filter is cleverly designed to prevent dirt from entering the engine during servicing. Some rammers require disassembly to remove a vertically positioned air filter that allows dirt to fall into the engine during servicing.
Optional Hour Meter
Ensure that maintenance needs are met on time by adding the optional hour meter to monitor working hours and maintenance intervals.
Versatility

Toolless Transport Wheels
Move your rammer around the jobsite with speed and ease. The transport wheels can be easily attached or removed without the use of any tools.
Optional Foot Dimensions
A wide range of optional foot sizes are available to take on a variety of material compaction projects. They’re easy to take on and off for quick customizations for the job at hand.
