Bobcat brings you the coolest and quietest mid-range heavy-duty power package on the market with the PG325 portable generator. At 100% load, the PG325 delivers 334kVA (267 kW) at an impressively quiet 76 dB(A), even with the optional variable speed fan. Capable of operating in the harshest conditions paired with the ability to run in parallel alongside additional units, the PG325 will keep you up and running as long as it takes to get the job done.
The innovative and optional Tundra Package ensures reliable startup in temperatures as low as -40˚F and includes a coolant heater, oil pan heater, battery charger, battery heater pad and heated breather hose.
Powered by a fuel-efficient Cummins QSL9 engine with improved fuel economy, the PG325 gives you a 24-hour runtime at 100% load. The upsized alternator with AREP excitation protects against overload and short-circuits, while offering voltage stability and greater motor starting capability.
For ease-of-use and improved safety for both operator and machine, the PG325 features an analog control panel that has been enhanced with large, brightly lit meters for quick monitoring. This easy-to-read control panel displays onboard engine diagnostics and includes all the necessary controls and indicators required to operate and maintain the after-treatment regeneration system. A run/idle switch on the control panel also helps reduce engine wear during startup in cold temperatures.
The PG325 is equipped with dual frequency capabilities to power both 50 Hz and 60 Hz applications. With the flip of a switch on the control panel, you can easily select the right frequency for the task at hand. The built-in voltage selector switch also comes standard, providing quick and easy voltage configuration. The voltage selector switch is a signature Bobcat protection feature that prevents the operator from switching voltage during operation – a common cause of costly downtime and repairs.
The connection panels on the PG325 can also be counted as a safety feature, as they are easily accessible for safe operation and added convenience. These panels come equipped with more power wiring connections compared to the competition, as well as an optional camlock panel to further expand connection versatility, an array of twist-lock and GFCI receptacles and a terminal board that accepts bare wire or lugged cables.
